I am a Saline resident, graduate of Saline High School, and the proud owner of this downtown business. As a Licensed Massage Therapist in the states of Michigan and North Carolina, I also hold a Diploma as a Relaxation Therapist from Stanford Career Institute. I am a graduate of the Ann Arbor School of Massage, Herbal & Natural Medicine, and have been practicing massage therapy throughout Michigan for sixteen years, and the Outer Banks of North Carolina, for four years.
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I worked in the Physical Therapy field. As a Physical Therapy Technician and Aqua Therapist for 8 years, I enjoyed helping people rehabilitate from injuries, trauma, and surgery.
I enjoy outdoor activities such as walking and hiking, bicycling, swimming, kayaking, and sailboating.
With over 30 years in the health and wellness world, I offer a diverse educational background. In the early 1990’s, I began taking classes to learn various energy healing modalities such as One Brain, Structural Neurology, Pain and Understanding, and Body Circuits. I achieved my Massage Certification from Michigan Institute of Myomassology in 1995. Additional hands-on training was received from Manual Medicine classes taught by Osteopath, Dr. Keith Barbour, D.O., in Monroe, MI. Coursework included, The energy texture in bone, ligament, muscle, and fascia, advanced craniosacral, lymphatic, raindrop, hot stones, somatic, and breath. I’ve had the privilege of practicing in a variety of settings including, salon, chiropractic, and private practice in Lapeer and St. Clair, MI. Currently, I reside in Ann Arbor. Throughout all of my 20s helping myself and others to obtain optimal health and wellness has been a passion of mine. I graduated massage school in 2021 from the Ann Arbor School of Massage, Herbal & Natural Medicine. In my practice, I use an eclectic approach to massage by incorporating techniques from Swedish/ relaxation, deep tissue, reflexology, and myofascial relsease. In my full time job I work in Pediatric Neurology at Mott Children’s Hospital as an EEG technologist. In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, visiting my niece and nephew, and doing yoga and Pilates. I look forward to assisting you on your wellness journey!

Growing up in Ann Arbor, I feel grateful to be able to be a part of my hometown community providing holistic care as an LMT for over 27 years. I am certified in NMT, deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage and Myofacial. Getting to know my clients and listen to their needs is very important to me. I look forward to being apart of the Salt Springs Massage community! I studied at the Ann Arbor institute of Massage Therapy where I graduated over 25 years ago. I also graduated from EMU in 2006 with a lit and marketing degree. I’m a published author as I love to write in my free time. Other things I love to do in my free time is spend time with my 3 dogs! We have plenty of adventures both indoors and outdoors! I love walking and exploring! Music moves me and reading takes me into new worlds and places, I enjoy this very much! These are just a few of my favorite things. After all, It’s the journey I admire most of all!
